Bank of Dongguan International Limited (“the Bank”) announces the appointment of Mr. Mei Yong as the Chief Risk Officer of the Bank, effective from June 19, 2025.

Mr. Mei Yong has nearly 30 years of extensive experience in the banking industry, focusing on core business areas such as corporate banking, risk management, investment banking, and asset management.  Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Mei served as the Chief Risk Officer of Zhejiang Commercial Bank, Hong Kong Branch.  He had also previously held senior management positions in several well-known financial institutions, including Bank of China, Guangdong Branch, China Minsheng Bank, Guangzhou Branch, China Merchants Bank, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Industry-Finance Investment Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Commercial Bank, Guangzhou Branch.

Mr. Mei holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Anhui University and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Sun Yat-sen University.
